Developing a Disruption Hypothesis for the Healthcare Industry
Jobs-to-be-Done explains the 'Why', Artificial Intelligences conceptualizes the 'What' and 'How' before it even happens
Something that I find useful when looking at underserved customer success statements (or groups of them) is asking my client to “imagine if”. I’m working on perfecting an AI prompt that would essentially do this before we do any research in order to establish a hypothesis that we can test. ChatGPT is happy to provide as many of these concepts as I ask it for…and they are all unique. Here’s one concept that focuses on disrupting physicians for a specific job of “treating a health issue.”
I’ve instructed it to understand the general characteristics of disruptive solutions and to itemize the capabilities that would need to be developed in order for this to be feasible. So, it need to get more of job done on a single platform, which will require a completely new product (platform) and business model.
