Who are all of these social media and PR people with all of these bizarre new software tools they’re calling Social CRM?

Social CRM doesn’t look like Twitter. It doesn’t look like a product review website. It doesn’t look like a Social Support Community and it doesn’t look like a Social Media Monitoring tool.
