I’m sorry if you want to be a practitioner. I can’t help you. I’m not training you. I’m sharing my journey to the point I just made above 👆. I started blogging over 20 years ago when Bob Thompson from CustomerThink suggested I write about my journey to understand why requirements and strategies are always changing. I’ve sacrificed many years and opportunities to pursue this and we’re finally close to solving this problem for the real underlying market.
Not: companies that want consulting engagements

Is: 👉 companies that want answers to their questions - which is every company.
Sorry if that disrupts you. But we need to help more companies solve problems and since the vast majority don’t know what JTBD is, and especially don’t know what Outcome-Driven Innovation is (or how it really works), they will never find you if that’s what you’re talking about.
This is my journey. This isn’t a seminar on how to do the process. The process in the midst of being automated away in order to get the bigger, higher context, job done faster, more accurately, and far less expensively.
I wrote this as a thread in case anyone else wants to challenge what I'm doing, and why.
